Insurance Information
Doctors on Demand is contracted with the following insurance plans as a PPO provider:
Blue Cross
Blue Shield
Cigna
Great West HealthCare
If you have a PPO plan with one of the insurers listed above, Doctors On Demand will bill your insurance. We are in the process of obtaining contracts with other plans, so check back here for updates or contact the office if you do not see your plan listed above.
In addition, we are contracted with the following IPA Medical Group as an HMO provider:
This means HMO patients signed up under Prospect Healthsource can be seen at Doctors On Demand under their insurance. If you have an HMO insurance with an IPA other than Prospect Healthsource (such as Bay Area IPA) your insurance will not cover services at Doctors On Demand.
